Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation

All EuroComply subscriptions are month-to-month or annual with no lock-in period. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard under Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription.

Upon cancellation, you retain full access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account automatically reverts to the free tier. Your data remains intact and accessible.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund if requested within 14 days of your first payment for a new subscription. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

After the 14-day window, refunds are generally not available for the current billing period. However, we handle each request individually and may issue prorated refunds in exceptional circumstances (service outages, billing errors, etc.).

How to Request a Refund

Email billing@eurocomply.app with your account email and the reason for your refund request. We will respond within 5 business days.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles invoicing, VAT collection, and refund disbursement. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Annual Plans

Annual plans that are cancelled within 14 days of purchase receive a full refund. After 14 days, annual plans are not refundable but remain active until the end of the annual billing period. You will not be charged again upon expiry.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This withdrawal right applies from the date of your first subscription payment.
