Is EuroComply really free?↓

The tools are. Every tool — AI system classification, sovereignty audits, ROPA, DPIAs, NIS2 self-assessments, the deadline tracker and the compliance chat — is free after you sign up. No credit card, no time limit, no paid tiers. The only things we charge for are the one-time compliance packs and datasets below.

Then how do you make money?↓

Two ways, both disclosed. We sell one-time compliance packs — outcome-based bundles and research datasets priced individually below, with payment handled by Polar as merchant of record. And when a scan or audit surfaces a gap, we may recommend an EU-sovereign vendor that fixes it and earn a referral fee if you sign up with them — recommendations are ranked by fit, never by commission. What's the difference between a Solution Pack and an individual workbook?↓

Solution Packs bundle multiple datasets, templates, assessment memos, and interactive workspace tools into a single, trigger-based package — for example, everything you need to pass a customer security review or prepare for an AI Act audit. Individual workbooks are standalone deep-dive research spreadsheets for specialists who only need one specific dataset.

Are the packs a subscription?↓

No. Each pack and workbook is a one-time purchase — buy once, download the files, keep them. All paid products include living updates through the Dec 2026 edition. The NIS2 Member-State Transposition Matrix is free: subscribing to our newsletter is the only gate.

Can I use the Master Pass for multiple clients?↓

Yes. The Master Pass (€499) includes all 4 solution packs + all 6 deep-dive workbooks + all 18 statutory assessment memos. Fractional DPOs and compliance consultants use it as their professional toolkit across client workspaces.

Are these legal advice?↓

No. All outputs are source-linked draft documents for professional review. We cite the specific EU regulation articles, recitals, and DPA guidance in every document. But EuroComply is software — outputs must be reviewed by qualified legal, compliance, or privacy professionals before regulatory submission or reliance.

Do you sell my data?↓

No. Your workspace data stays EU-hosted (Frankfurt) and is never sold or shared with advertisers. Partner referrals send only a click through our own redirect (no personal data), and the insurance referral shares your details only with your explicit consent.

Where is my data stored?↓

Inside the EU — Frankfurt (Supabase) and Vercel EU edge. AI inference runs on Mistral AI in Paris. No US-based AI providers.
