Affiliate disclosure

Some links on EuroComply are affiliate links. When you click one and make a purchase, EuroComply may earn a referral fee at no extra cost to you. This page lists every active partner and explains how we select them.

Not affiliate offers: our data products (reports and datasets) are first-party paid products sold by EuroComply, with payment processed by Polar as merchant of record. No third party earns a commission on them.

How we select partners

Partner selection is driven by three criteria: the service must be relevant to the regulation or compliance need on the page where the link appears; it must be available and appropriate for the countries covered by that page; and it must meet a basic quality threshold — we will not link to services we would not recommend independently.

We only feature EU-sovereign vendors. Every paid placement points to a vendor operating under EU (or EU-adequate) jurisdiction — we do not carry US-vendor affiliate links anywhere on the site.

Placements are ordered by fit for the detected issue — commission never changes the ranking. Each partner has a fixed fit-priority for its category; the highest-fit available partner is shown. Commission is not stored as a sortable field and is never a tie-breaker. If a partner leaves the market or is discontinued, the next-best-fit EU partner takes its place automatically.

We review the partner list quarterly. Partners are removed if their service quality declines, if they leave the market, or if they no longer meet our relevance criteria — regardless of commercial impact.

How affiliate links are labelled

Affiliate links carry a rel="sponsored"attribute in the HTML source, which signals their commercial nature to search engines and screen readers. Where context allows, inline labels such as “affiliate link” or “partner” are added near the link. This page is the canonical full disclosure.

Cyber-insurance broker referral

On scan results we may offer to request a business (B2B) cyber-insurance quote from our partner EU broker network. We never refer consumer insurance of any kind. Nothing is shared with the broker unless you explicitly consent on a screen that lists exactly what leaves: your company name, domain, contact, and the scan summary — consent defaults to off.

Fee model: the broker pays EuroComply a flat referral fee for each consented, qualified introduction. We are not an insurance intermediary, we do not receive per-policy commission, and — as everywhere on this site — recommendations are ranked by fit, never by commission. Referral fees never influence scan grades, scores, rankings, or vendor recommendations.
