Refund Policy

The tools: nothing to refund

Every EuroComply tool and the workspace are free — no subscriptions, no paid plans, and using them never requires payment or card details, so there is nothing to refund for the tools.

Data products: refunds via Polar (merchant of record)

One-time data products (reports and datasets) are sold with Polar acting as merchant of record: Polar processes the payment, issues the invoice, handles EU VAT (including B2B reverse charge with a valid VAT ID), and administers refunds under its own consumer terms.

EU right of withdrawal. Data products are digital content delivered immediately. By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right lapses once the download begins (Art. 16(m), Directive 2011/83/EU), as reflected in the checkout flow.

Our own promise on top: if a purchased file is defective, materially not as described, or a delivery link never arrives, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will correct it or arrange a full refund through Polar.

How the free tools are funded

RMB Ventures funds the free tools through the one-time data products above and disclosed partner referrals to EU-sovereign vendors. Recommendations are ranked by fit for the issue detected, never by commission, and we do not sell your data. Full details are on our Affiliate Disclosure page.
