Payments and Billing

All EuroComply tools and the workspace are offered free of charge to registered users — there are no subscriptions or paid tiers. One-time purchases of data products (reports and datasets) are processed by Polar (United States), acting as Merchant of Record responsible for billing, invoicing, and EU VAT compliance. No workspace data is involved in payment processing. The merchant of record is also disclosed at the point of purchase.

EuroComply provides AI-assisted compliance analysis tools for business use only. The platform does not provide legal advice and does not constitute a law firm, legal practice, or legal service provider under the laws of any EU member state. All AI-generated outputs are informational drafts only and must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before reliance. See our Terms of Service for full liability limitations.

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution for consumers: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

EuroComply is a B2B service and is not obligated to participate in consumer ADR or ODR proceedings. Disputes between business customers and RMB Ventures are subject to the governing law and jurisdiction provisions in the Terms of Service (Portuguese law, courts of Lisbon).

Country of Origin — Applicable Regulatory Framework

EuroComply is offered as an information society service by RMB Ventures, established in Portugal. Pursuant to Article 3 of Directive 2000/31/EC (E-Commerce Directive) and the corresponding Portuguese implementing legislation (Decreto-Lei n.º 7/2004), this service is subject to the laws of Portugal as the member state of establishment.

Other EU member states in which EuroComply is accessible may not impose additional or more restrictive obligations on RMB Ventures in the coordinated field (as defined in the Directive), subject to the exceptions set out in Art. 3(4) thereof. This imprint is published in compliance with Portuguese information society services law and satisfies equivalent disclosure requirements applicable to EU-established operators under the E-Commerce Directive across all EU member states in which the Service is accessible.

Users in all EU member states enjoy the same rights under GDPR and the Terms of Service regardless of their country of residence.
