Is the Free plan really free forever?↓
Yes. €0/month, no credit card, no time limit. You get 1 AI system classification, 5 compliance chats per month, 1 NIS2 self-assessment, and the AI Act + NIS2 + GDPR deadline tracker. We only ask for your email and a password.
What happens when I hit a free-tier limit?↓
You see an in-app upgrade prompt — no service interruption for what you've already done. Existing AI systems, ROPA entries, and reports stay accessible. New work waits until you upgrade or until the next billing cycle if you stay on free.
Where is my data stored?↓
Inside the EU — Frankfurt (Supabase) and Vercel EU edge. AI inference runs on Mistral AI in Paris. No US-based AI providers. We have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with EU Standard Contractual Clauses available on request for paid plans.
Who handles billing?↓
Paddle.com Market Limited (UK) is our Merchant of Record. They handle EU VAT automatically, issue invoices in your local language, and accept SEPA, card, and PayPal. You pay Paddle; Paddle pays us.
Can I cancel anytime?↓
Yes. One click in Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no minimum term.
Do you offer a discount for non-profits or accelerators?↓
Yes — 50% off Pro and Team plans for registered EU non-profits, university spinouts, and accelerator-backed startups under 2 years old. Email [email protected] from your organisation domain.
